A Story of Collaboration, Craft, and Rice
At 7 Bridges Brewing Co., we’ve always believed that beer is about more than just flavour — it’s about connection. Over the years, our journey has taken us across Việt Nam and beyond, winning awards and sharing our beers with communities near and far. One of our proudest moments was claiming Country Champion Brewery and multiple medals at the Asia Beer Championships.

This year, we’re taking that journey one step further — by brewing without borders.
We’ve teamed up with our friends at 12 Plato Brewing in Bangkok, Thailand, with the support of Yakima Chief Hops, to create a collaborative beer that blends the spirit of both nations. The result? A Double Dry Hopped Rice Cold IPA called 12 BRIDGES.
Inspired by our original Harvest IPA, this version swaps Việt Nam’s ST25 for Thai Jasmine rice, a nod to the agricultural heart of Thailand. Rice is more than an ingredient — it’s a point of pride, a cultural connection, and a shared staple between two Southeast Asian nations. The base brings subtle sweetness and a clean body that lets the hops shine.
Speaking of hops — the collaboration also highlights Yakima Chief’s cutting-edge Dynaboost Simcoe, bringing an extra burst of citrus, pine, and tropical complexity.
Where to Try It First?
12 BRIDGES will debut at the Yakima Chief Hops booth at Brew Asia in Bangkok, where brewers and beer lovers from across the region will gather to celebrate the best in craft. Following that it will be on tap at 12 Plato's bar in Bangkok
