Okay, this is the part of the site where the brewery uses words like “artisanal, passion, quality, innovation” yadda yadda. Ok, all those words apply here, but what do we really brew?
In addition to our core range of beers (Dragon, Imperial, Beach, Sunset), we are constantly brewing beers and styles that excite us and our customers as well. For example, we’ve gone deep into Vietnamese spices to develop the gold medal Bastard Series. We are proud of Bavarian Madness, a true to form Hefeweizen. And for something more unusual, our Upcycle Pale Ale converts unused pizza dough into a delicious classic ale.

Intensely hopped, with a taste that completely belies its ABV, our Imperial IPA is full-bodied but silky smooth double IPA. Masterfully executed without compromise, extra strong, perfectly balanced and made with all natural ingredients. This is our multiple gold medal flagship beer for a good reason. Delicately hopped and pouring a honey gold, our Beach Blonde Ale is brewed to help beat the heat of a Vietnamese summer. Bright, refreshing and crisp, it is the perfect beer for a day at the beach or an evening with friends. Gently hopped with Willamette hops, the king of aroma hops, to lend a spicy, floral and fruity note to a simply great beer. Grab a bottle, put your feet up and relax.

Inspired by Danang’s fire breathing Dragon Bridge, this session style IPA is bursting with fragrant hops but restrained on the alcohol. Our Dragon IPA sits at 4.8% ABV, making it great for drinking all day, and enjoying every single sip.
