WHY EARTH BEER?
Earth Beer brings together three ideas that sit at the heart of what we do: sustainability, community, and innovation. Sustainability means finding practical ways to create positive impact. Community means bringing people together around something meaningful. Innovation means using beer as a platform for action, not just a nice drink.
Earth Beer is what happens when those three things come together in one project. It is a beer with a clear purpose behind it, and a simple invitation: drink beer to plant trees.

WHY TREE PLANTING MATTERS
Tree planting is not only about adding more green to the landscape. Restoring forests helps rebuild habitats, protect biodiversity, support water systems, hold soil in place, and lock away carbon. Forests also help shield communities and landscapes from environmental damage, including storms, floods, erosion, and other long-term pressures. UNEP describes forests as critical to both environmental health and human well-being, highlighting their role in climate mitigation, water security, biodiversity, and resilience.
That matters even more in places where damaged land leaves communities vulnerable. FAO forestry guidance for Asia notes that trees and forests play a crucial role in helping prevent landslides by reinforcing and drying soils, and that tree planting on susceptible slopes can help reduce risk. It also notes that restoring vegetation after damage can help control sediment release into rivers and support wider land rehabilitation.
In other words, forest restoration has layered value. It helps wildlife. It helps landscapes recover. It helps protect water and soil. And it can help reduce risk for the people living around these places too.

WHY GAIA?
For a project like this, the right partner matters.
Gaia Nature Conservation Center is a Vietnamese conservation organisation focused on environmental protection, forest restoration, biodiversity protection, and environmental education in Việt Nam. Public information from Gaia and reporting on its work show a long-term approach built around both planting and stewardship, not just one-off activity.
That is exactly why Earth Beer supports Gaia’s Joining Hands programme, Chung sức trồng rừng. A long-term forest planting initiative focused on areas that are at risk of landslides, lack canopy cover, or play an important role in watershed protection. That makes it a strong fit for a campaign built around both environmental and human impact.
Gaia’s wider work also shows the scale and seriousness of its approach. Independent coverage in 2025 reported that Gaia had planted more than 1.1 million trees while building public engagement around reforestation and long-term care for nature.

Every Earth Beer you drink helps to plant trees in Việt Nam
This is our new charity beer, created to help turn a simple moment into something with real impact.
All profits from Earth Beer will be donated to Gaia Nature Conservation Center (Trung tâm Bảo tồn Thiên nhiên Gaia) in support of its Joining Hands programme, Chung sức trồng rừng.
From today, Earth Beer is on tap at all 7 Bridges taprooms. After launch day, it will continue to be available at our taprooms and at selected events where 7 Bridges is serving.

MEET THE BEER
Earth Beer is a light, citrus-forward lager brewed to make doing good taste easy.
Made with Vietnamese ST25 rice, this beer is crisp, clean, and refreshing, with a bright citrus lift that keeps it lively from first sip to finish. At 4.8% ABV and 18 IBU, it is easy-drinking, approachable, and built for warm days, shared rounds, and coming back for another glass.
This is a charity beer with real refreshment at its core — brewed to be enjoyed, brewed to be shared, and brewed to support tree planting in Việt Nam.
Who knew sustainability could taste so good?
