What is a Cacao Chili Stout?

A cacao chili stout is a rich, dark beer that blends roasted malt character with flavours of chocolate and spice. In Fire Eater, we soak real cacao nibs in bourbon to draw out deep chocolate notes, then add chilies and cinnamon for a warming finish.

Despite the name, the chili presence is subtle. The spice doesn’t overpower; it lingers gently on the throat, enhancing the complexity without burning your palate. It’s smooth, full-bodied, and slightly sweet—perfect for sipping slowly.
