We’re thrilled to announce that 7 Bridges Brewing Co. is bringing bold beer, great food, and our signature community spirit to Ninh Bình. After eight years of brewing in Đà Nẵng and growing our taproom family across Việt Nam, we’re opening our doors in one of the country’s most stunning destinations.

From Đà Nẵng to the Nation

Born in Đà Nẵng — a city famous for its bridges — 7 Bridges began with a simple belief: that great beer can build community, inspire innovation, and support a more sustainable future. What started as a local brewery is now a national name, with award-winning beers and taprooms in Hà Nội, Hội An, and Sài Gòn. Each location has its own style and story — and now we’re adding Ninh Bình to the list.

A Garden Taproom Built for Ninh Bình

Our newest space in Tam Cốc is designed to reflect the laid-back, natural beauty of the region. Think lush greenery, open-air seating, and a relaxed garden vibe that invites you to kick back with a cold one and soak in the surroundings. Whether you’re fresh off a boat ride on the Ngô Đồng River or just out exploring, this is the perfect spot to refuel and refresh.

Beer First, but what's next

We’re proud to be the 2024 Champion Brewery of Việt Nam, with a core range of beers that covers everything from crisp lagers and juicy IPAs to rich stouts and wheat beers. Many of these have won multiple medals at the Asia Beer Championship, but we look beyond beer.

Sustainability is part of our DNA. Through our Zero Waste Mission, we take brewing by-products like spent grain and turn them into delicious new creations — from firey hot sauce and pickled cucumbers to bold mustard and snackable crackers. We believe nothing should go to waste, especially when it can taste this good.

More Than Just Beer

Of course, no good beer goes without good food. Our menu is led by our legendary 50cm New York-style pizza, made with a beer grain crust and bold, shareable toppings. But the kitchen doesn’t stop there. You’ll also find awesome burgers, tasty chicken wings, seasonal salads, and plenty of dishes that go beyond the expected. It’s comfort food with craft at its core.
